Chemical Name | 7-[2-Deoxy-5-O-(4,4'-dimethoxytrityl)-ß-D-erythro-pentofuranosyl]-3,7- dihydro-4H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-one 3'-[(2-cyanoethyl)-(N,N-diisopropyl)]-phosphoramidite |
Formula | C41H48N5O7P |
Molecular Weight | 753.82 g/mol |
Properties | Storage at -18°C The phosphoramidite of 7-deaza-2’-deoxyinosine (7-deaza-dI) was first reported by Seela and co-workers in 1986. The base pairing ambiguity of 7-deaza-dI is similar to that of 2’-deoxyinosine (universal base). As the nucleoside is extremely stable against acid or base, oligonucleotides containing 7-deaza-dI do not depurinate at the modification site. |
Appearance | Off-white foam |
